the Deadline service and then as SourceLine and now also as SL PartsNet (dba). The company's mission was and still is to
create a means by which lift truck dealers can broadcast and share their obsolete, dead and slow moving parts inventory
with each other, in an exclusive dealer based network. And, at the same time create a valuable sourcing tool
for locating hard-to-find parts. |

| Our company's name and products have evolved over these many years. We have gone from a microfiche
catalog, to a computer software program, to now displaying parts data over our popular and much used
www.slpartsnet.com site. |

| Today, not only do we continue to specialize in helping dealers move obsolete parts and locating hard to find
items, we include those fast moving aftermarket parts listings of many parts wholesalers. In addition, we have a Salvage Center
(SC) of used lift truck equipment that our user customers are parting out for used part sales. |

| Our service works by the simple concept of what is 'dead' inventory in one part of the country may not and often
times are not dead in other parts of the country. This concept has proven to work, else our service would not still be in
